I am a 17-year-old triathlete competing in the Youth B age group of the British Super Series. I have been racing in triathlon for 10 years. This is my third year in super series.  I won the event at Eton Dorney and I have been selected to race in super league and school games. In 2016 I was placed 1^st at the British Inter-Regional Championships and was placed 2^nd in 2018.

 I train at Lancaster and Morecambe athletics club, and I swim at Carnforth Otters ASC. I usually run 3 to 4 times a week I do two track sessions and one steady run. I swim five times a week and do one open water session at three sisters water centre with my academy.

I ride two times a week and do one fast and short turbo session, and I also do one long steady ride.
